Immunoprofiling of publicly available RNA sequencing data from patient metastasis samples and systems biology pipeline setup.

Objectives:

  1. Metastasis RNA dataset collection setup and immunoprofiling available for the project partners
  2. Design and setup a pipeline to process proteomics and biomechanical data of all PhDs

Expected Results: Data analysis pipeline development. Setting up a tailored pipeline to process omics data (e.g., proteomics) and imaging-derived quantitative features produced by other consortium members. Analysis of immune infiltrates in metastasis: Identification and accession of public transcriptomic data sets from metastatic tumour samples, and tissue deconvolution analysis to identify and characterize their immune infiltrates, with emphasis on macrophages.
